Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. At Belter Prints, each item is carefully made to order, ensuring premium quality and craftsmanship. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Made-to-Order Policy

All products are printed individually upon purchase. As such, we do not offer refunds on any orders. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re here to help.

Exchanges & Store Credit

If you are not fully satisfied with your item, we offer store credit or an exchange for another product of equal value. To be eligible:

• You must contact us within 14 days of delivery

• The item must be unused and in its original condition

• The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare case your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly issue a full replacement or store credit at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include clear photos of the damage or defect for verification.
