To expedite your request, please include the following when you contact us:

2. a brief description of the problem
3. a photo illustrating the issue
4. your preference for a replacement or exchange/store credit

Damaged Items:  Contact us immediately and please include an image to our email if your item arrives damaged, We will provide a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
